Mr. Bakul Parekh and Mr. Ronit Parekh established the Platinum Square project. They are in the land development business for many years, and their current projects are at Rajkot – Gujarat, Sion, and Matunga – Mumbai, and in Billimoria – Gujarat.
Platinum Square holiday villas in Lonavala; is a seven-acre property that encompasses fifty bungalows, out of which eight bungalows and twenty-four duplex studios; are dedicated to the hospitality business. The property has a common dining area and a clubhouse. Our unique selling point is our competitive package offer. It includes accommodation with all meals at a very reasonable price; while being close to nature. All the villas and studio apartments are well-maintained and serviced daily.
We take pride in being the best family retreat in Lonavala. Apart from the rooming options for small groups. We also specialize in pure veg cuisines in Lonavala, especially Jain food options. With prior intimation, we can also plan and cater to Jain Choviyar requirements.
Non-vegetarian food is forbidden on our premises. Smoking too is not permitted in rooms or common areas. It is allowed only on the balcony and in the garden. We also have a creative art piece – an animal topiary garden – which one may not find anywhere else in Lonavala.
